Payment options shown during booking may include pay in person and online payment. Online payment is only available when payment processing has been configured. If pay in person is selected, payment remains due until received.
Cancellations and changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move a lesson. We will try to rearrange where reasonable. Any refunds or credits will depend on the timing of the cancellation, whether the lesson has already started and any agreement made at booking.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the student has a suitable device, internet connection, quiet learning space and appropriate supervision. Students should join lessons on time and behave respectfully.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding concerns are taken seriously. Please read our Safeguarding Policy. If a child is at immediate risk, contact emergency services.
Parent and student responsibilities
Parents should provide accurate information, tell us about relevant learning needs or safety concerns and ensure the service requested is suitable. Students are expected to participate respectfully and follow reasonable lesson instructions.

We aim to provide careful and professional education support, but we cannot guarantee particular grades, exam results, university offers or school outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
