Who we are
National Rising Scholars Limited trades as National Rising Scholars. We provide education support to families in the UK, including online tuition, face-to-face support where arranged, homeschooling support and university application guidance.

Information we collect
- Parent or guardian details, such as name, email address, phone number, city or town, booking notes and communication history.
- Student details, such as name, school, year group, subject needs, learning notes and lesson attendance information.
- Booking and payment records, such as selected lesson time, number of child spaces, payment method, payment status and booking status.
- Call booking details, such as the reason for the call and any information you choose to provide.
- Tutor or vacancy application details, such as name, contact details, subjects taught, experience and messages.
- Website technical information, such as essential cookies, server logs, IP address, browser details and pages requested.
How we use personal information
Children's information
We collect children's information from parents or guardians so that we can provide appropriate education support and manage bookings safely. We ask for only the details needed for the service, such as the child's name, school, year group, subject and relevant learning notes.
Who we share information with
We only share information when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect a child or other person or run the website safely. This may include tutors, website hosting providers, email providers, payment providers if online payment is enabled, professional advisers, regulators or safeguarding authorities where required.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including education support, accounting, legal, safeguarding and complaint-handling requirements. If you ask us to delete information, we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal, safeguarding, contractual or legitimate business reason.
Your rights
